Ingredients of Kadhai Paneer
- 250 gm paneer
- 4 tomato
- 1 medium chopped into cubes capsicum ( green pepper)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 3 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 2 medium chopped onion
- 5 medium green chilli
- 1 teaspoon kasoori methi powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 cup water
- salt as required
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
How to make Kadhai Paneer
Step 1 Prepare the masala for the gravy
To make this easy recipe, heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onions. Pan-fry the onions until aromatic and light golden brown. Grind tomatoes in a grinder to make a puree and pour in the pan. Cook till masala leaves the sides of the pan or ghee floats around the sides.
