Chicken Tikka Pizza Naan is an interesting fusion recipe where basic naan is topped with chicken toppings, baked in oven and garnished with cheese. Serve it as a snack or lunch recipe.
Ingredients of Chicken Tikka Pizza Naan
- 2 tablespoon pesto sauce
- 1 1/2 medium cut into strips onion
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
- 2 Naan
For Garnishing
- 15 shavings grated parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoon grated cheese-cheddar
- 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
For Toppings
- 200 gm roasted chicken
- 1 grated fennel florence as required
- 5 tablespoon chopped into cubes paneer
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 medium sliced apple
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
How to make Chicken Tikka Pizza Naan
Step 1Mix the pesto sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl. Place the Naans on a board and spread olive oil and apply a thin layer of the pesto and tomato mixture.
Step 2Place the naans in a preheated oven for 5-8 minutes. Mix together all the topping ingredients and divide among the two Naans, spreading evenly.
Step 3Finish with paneer or grated cheese. Place the naans back in the oven at 180°c for 8-10 minutes or until well colored and cooked.
Step 4Remove and garnish with chopped coriander parmesan shavings and a drizzle of olive oil to serve.
